Josie Desgrand is an Australian teen who used to a fat girl and went through a lot of bullying during her school years. The first picture we have of her from when she was 16. She used to weigh aroung 125 kg and she decided to change that for good. She worked so hard in gym and worked on her diet as well that just in 12 months she lost almost 60 kg weight. She told "Bored Panda" that she shared her meal and workout plans on instagram as well.
Not only Josie changed her own life around, but now she also inspires other people through Instagram as well to change theirs. Look the pictures below to see how Josie changed everything about her.
