A student in China named Zhang Shuai used to be pretty heavy weight and depressed as well. One day he suddenly decided to change his lifestyle and started working out. He became quite passionate obsessed about working out and just took it to another level.
Zhang lost 64 pound weight pretty quick and he starting working as a fitness trainer in gym as well.
He took part in provincial body building competition and won. 
Many people in current generation have become obese and keep blaming everything and everyone but don't have courage to get out of the couch and change themselves through hard work. Zhang is an inspiration to such people.
