A couple of Japanese digital artists shocked the world when they revealed the truth about their daughter Saya. This beautiful schoolgirl is actually not a real person but a very realistic computer-generated model.

Saya is a side project of Tokyo-based freelance digital artists Yuka and Teruyuki Ishikawa. The husband-and-wife duo announced on Twitter that Saya is now fully animated and they are working on a film that will have her as the protagonist named Telyuka (it’s the name they call themselves). Saya will be revealed at an exhibition this fall.
