HOW IT WAS TO LIVE IN LALU PRASAD YADAV'S BIHAR

While Lalu Prasad Yadav has been sentenced to 14 years of jail, there are some retard (so called) media people trying to defend him as if he is a some kind of martyr or a god. People who haven't lived under Lalu's rule in Bihar has no idea about how horrible life was in Bihar in 90s. Few people on Twitter who are born and grew up in Bihar came out stating their experience exposing how bad it was to live there which fake journalists living in posh areas of Mumbai or Delhi has no idea about. I grew up in Laalu's Bihar

When Laalu's daughter was getting married in Patna, Laalu's brother in law Sadhu yadav forcefully took away more than 100 cars frm the car showrooms, to ferry wedding guests from the airport. Those who didn't comply, their showrooms were damaged

Laalu spent 100 crores in the wedding, (this was in 1999) all from state coffers, while it didn't have any money to pay salaries to govt employees.

Every business owner had to pay this Rangdari tax, to the local goons, if you didn't, you were shot or your kid was kidnapped

If you accumulated any money, and showed signs of it, like buying even a fuckin Maruti 800, you were on the list. Your kid could be kidnapped or there could be a dacoity. I personally know a few schoolmates who were kidnapped. Freed only when ransom was paid.

There were hardly any jobs, so the only people who were rich sans any political connections were the Doctors & corrupt Engineers. So their kids were the prime target for kidnappings. Extortion was the most flourishing industry, could have got VC funding easily in Bihar.

Total number of kidnappings reported in Bihar between 1992-2004 was more than 32 thousands, many were killed even after they took the ransom, Doctors & Engineers literally shifted to Varanasi due to the fear of Lalu Yadav & company, He pushed Bihar at least 10 years back.
