 All the countries in the world have their own rules and punishments for different crimes. But we often hear about certain countries where people like to take laws in their own hand and decide the punishment for the convict. In this video from a south American country, some people caught this kid stealing a bicycle and decided to give him brutal punishment which would probably haunt him for the rest of his life.
