Having a healthy body weight is one of the most important factor in overall health and fertility as well. being over weight or under weight both are very bad when it comes to sperm count. yet the proper hormones that help in male reproductive system were seen to be higher in slim bodies compared to the overweight people.
10. Try To Keep It Cool Down There
There is a pretty good reason why male reproductive organs are out of the body. It very important for them to be in a temperature below normal body temperature. You should avoid work where your lower part is exposed to excessive heat, hot tubs, seat heaters in winter. All those mentioned can decrease your sperm count rapidly.
