Mohenjo Daro, starring Hrithik Roshan and Pooja Hegde is a period drama based on ancient Indian civilization, which the whole country feels proud about. The movie showcases the life and day to day activities of ancient times and also revolves around a story of a peasant (Hrithik) who falls in love with a Princess (Pooja). The film has all the elements to entertain the audiences such as old world charm, never seen before spectacles and backdrops, a twist of love, romance and action.

The film that was anticipated with bated breath by millions of fans and movie buffs all around the world is finally out. The regular movie-goers would have seen Rajinikanth in different kinds of films, but what is special about Kabali is his collaboration with a two- film-old young director Ranjith which has played a big part in the curiosity levels of the audience. This combo is something new and fresh. And hence what is it going to offer to the viewer, is the standard thought in many minds.

MADAARI - MOVIE REVIEW

22/7/2016

Picture

**May contain spoilers**

MADAARI - From the trailer it was clear that this one looks very similar to A Wednesday . And after watching it i can say it could have been called A Wednesday 2 , although the movie is not composed within a single day here. It was much grander then that , but in the way of being grander it compromised with the sleekness which a thriller needs to be.

SULTAN - MOVIE REVIEW

Salman Khan has been on a dream run since 2010 with only one film, Jai Ho, missing the bulls-eye (it was still one of the top grossers of 2014). Each year, his Eid release only gets bigger and 2016 is no different with Sultan.

Raman Raghav 2.0 - MOVIE REVIEWS

*** This review may contain spoilers ***
I had two reasons to watch this movie, one was Anurag Kashyap and the other my own preference for Psychological thrillers.

The movie begins with a disclaimer that it isn't about the real Raman Raghav but in spirit he is present throughout the movie. Ramanna's (Nawazuddin) past is quite unknown and neither does the movie delve much into it, quite like the real psycho Raman whose early life and incidents were unknown to the world. Again the episode of his abusive relation with his sister is inspired by real Raman Raghav's abuse of his sister.

The movie is not just any kinda movie with fun and laughter. Its the truth that someone had to bring out eventually. I am glad that Supreme Court intervened and minimized the cuts otherwise a piece of art would have been sacrificed.

The Conjuring 2: The Enfield Case

The Conjuring 2 doesn't waste time in bringing the scares in. By that, I mean you're pretty much in the thick of it within three minutes or so, being given some background (via another very notorious haunting incident) for what is to follow. READ MORE BELOW

WARCRAFT - MOVIE REVIEW

My cheeks hurt but oh was I thankful for it!!! All through the movie I kept on having this big large smile sculpted into my face. For the record, I'm 25 years old, and I've played warcraft and wow for many years since when I was 13 or 14 years old. Ever since then, I haven't stopped playing. Therefore you can count me as a fan. Now onto the movie... Gosh, I saw it at a pre-screening, and I kept wanting more of it. It just never gets boring! I really enjoyed the little stuff that is found throughout the movie for the fans. I also incredibly enjoyed the intro sequence. READ MORE BELOW

TE3N - MOVIE REVIEW

TE3N - Simply saying i didn't liked the story. But i could have bear it , if the conclusion would have been good , but it was not . And for our bad luck , there also were some bad acting , some unusual reactions(like a father very much shocked after finding who was his daughter's kidnapper and describing in totally calm manner why exactly there was a good reason that particular person could easily have been the kidnapper and totally forget the expression of sadness he must have shown because their daughter has not been found by the police yet) , bad synchronisation among the scenes , providing forceful confusion to the audience by juggling the timeline and yes the SLOW PACE. PHOBIA - MOVIE REVIEW

1/6/2016

Comments

Picture

That Phobia is not everyone's cup of tea is established in the opening frame itself with this intriguing quote of Franz Kafka: A cage went in search of a bird. What follows next is arguably one of the most significant prologues in Hindi Cinema; miss this and you won't get the essence of the film. Mehak Deo (Radhika Apte) is a painter and is narrating a creepily uncomfortable joke to her male friends at a party: An old man has been ogling at her because her face resembles his bitch that was killed in a car accident, eerily on the same day when Mehak was born. She then leaves the party in a taxi with her best friend, Shaan. On the way Shaan gets down and invites her to spend the night with him. She spurns the offer and continues in the taxi. The cabbie takes her to a secluded spot and rapes her. READ MORE BELOW
